NanoScale's primary concern for its Associates and the general public is safety. The driving force behind the development of this technology was to provide a means of increased safety for military personnel, emergency responders and the public in the event of a toxic chemical release. To do this it is imperative that the product itself is not harmful to people or personal protective equipment.
Coverage Area Guidelines
The amount of FAST-ACT required to address a hazard depends on the specific compound being address. The Coverage Area Guidelines indicates the amount various chemicals capable of being treated with each of the five FAST-ACT products.
Disposal Guidelines
To determine the disposal regulations of a solid waste, the Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA) regulations are utilized. According to the regulations FAST-ACT can safely be disposed of in sanitary landfills or industrial waste disposal landfills in accordance with appropriate national and local waste regulations. Warranty Registration
NanoScale Corporation warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from manufacturing defects. NanoScale, at its option will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
